Overview
URX – Ultimate Roblox ("URX," "we," or "the extension") enhances the Roblox website with profile analytics, social and game tools, server browsing, local collections, and customization. This policy explains what information URX accesses and how it is handled.
Information URX accesses
When a user opens a supported URX screen or requests a feature, URX may retrieve publicly available Roblox information associated with a username or user ID. Depending on the feature, this may include:
- Public profile details, avatar images, badges, inventory information, and social counts;
- Public game, server, presence, and economy-related information made available by Roblox; and
- The Roblox page or feature currently being used, as needed to display the requested enhancement.
URX does not collect or store Roblox passwords, authentication cookies, payment information, or private messages.
How information is used and retained
Public Roblox information is retrieved only when needed to display the feature requested by the user. URX does not intentionally retain or create a permanent database of that retrieved profile information.
URX uses Chrome storage to save extension settings, customization choices, and collections created by the user. This information is stored locally in the user's browser so those preferences remain available between sessions. Users can remove it by clearing the extension's data or uninstalling URX.
Permissions
- Storage: saves settings, preferences, customization choices, and local collections.
- Context menus: provides shortcuts to relevant URX tools.
- Side panel: displays URX tools without requiring users to leave the current Roblox page.
- Notifications: provides optional alerts for user-enabled features and completed actions.
- Alarms: schedules background refreshes and maintenance for enabled features.
- Host access: allows URX to operate on Roblox pages and request information from the Roblox services and URX service required for its features.
Sharing and selling information
URX does not sell personal information. URX does not share retrieved Roblox information for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated purposes. Requests may be processed by Roblox services and the infrastructure used to operate the URX service, subject to those providers' own privacy practices.
Security
URX limits its access to the information and website permissions needed to provide its stated features. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable steps are taken to limit unnecessary collection and access.
Children's privacy
URX is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. It retrieves public Roblox information only when a feature is requested and does not intentionally retain that information.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when URX's features or privacy practices change. Any updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
